PAMELA BLACKWOOD MORRIS

Pam graduated from the University of Maryland in 1980 with B.S. in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Her Executive Management experience comes through founding several businesses and serving the community in a variety of roles. Aside from charitable fundraising, Pam served as an adjunct professor at the Anne Arundel Community College where she taught Paralegal Studies. As a trained legal mediator for Anne Arundel County, she volunteers time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children.

The daughter of Founders Linda and Bob Blackwood, Pam has supported the business since 1977 and is well versed in the industry. As a member of the board, her primary areas of focus include financial planning, evaluation of extended corporate strategy, and oversight of benefits programs in support of our retainment-oriented growth strategy.
